Abstract: This essay suggests three points for how to construct a service government: resolve one contradiction; implement two excellent services; innovate three ideas. The contradiction between the comprehensive and fast growth of public demand and the serious insufficiency of product supply is the core inconsistency threatening our national economic societal development. The aim of constructing a service government is to try to resolve the austerity problem. Meanwhile, succeeding with two kinds of government functions brings a transformation: equal supply in a competitive environment and services for market competitors; create a friendly, harmonious and sustainable environment for human existence and development. Finally, three ideas are to persist in the following principals: people are the main wealth creator; “entrance unless forbidden”; administration complying with nation law. |
