Abstract:

The paper will provide a comparative overview on recent international research on Chinese management. Findings from a variety of academic disciplines will be provided in order to construct the non-Chinese image and perception of Chinese business “realities”.  A central question will be whether non-Chinese approaches to Chinese management and business communication is appropriate to design a meaningful picture of the reality.
