The Education Forum for Asia 2005 Plenary Session-Meeting of Minister was held at the Nirvana Resort Beijing on October 15,2005. Minister and Vice Minister of Education, as well as high-level education officials from 17 Asian countries shared the reform and development measures that they are taking in their own countries and regions, as well as their experiences in the world of education development. The result was further communication and understanding between countries in the Asia region, discussion of issues in education that will have relevance for generations, and the formulation of education development strategies for the new century.
