Abstract:

The paper believes that the idea of taking people first stresses on the development of people. The value of vocational education should dedicate to developing not only economy and society, but also to the people. Only by fully understanding the values of vocational education for development of people and society, and sticking to the principle of people foremost, can we properly evaluate the roles and significance of vocational education, and appropriately handle the reform and development of vocational education.
