Speech at Closing Ceremony of Education Forum for Asia

Abstract: Representatives from 26 countries in Asian, Europ and America took part in this year’s Beijing Education Forum for Asia. During the whole process of the meeting, we have done or will do the following activities. Successfully held Boao Education Form for Asia; Awarded the scholarships to 14 students from 11 countries; Signing the contract for vocational education cooperation, the number of which is over 20 and worth about RMB100 million; Participants discussed transnational culture exchange and decided to build up a joint institution for the management of transnational culture training; Beijing Union University sponsored the Forum of Development of Small & Medium Sized University. Participants discussed the topic and made the plan for the future work; Arts Education Forum for Asia provided an artistic atmosphere for the meeting; Modern Educational Technical Equipment Form displayed us newly invented teaching tools and materials. The total purchase in the meeting has reached over 10 million U.S dollars.
