Dear Sir or Madam,
                                                      24 February 2009

It is with great honour that we invite you to support and actively participate in the 2009 Yabuli Trade and Investment Fair for Winter Outdoor Sports and Leisure Industries, which is to be held on 13-15 March, 2009 in Hei Longjiang Province, P.R.China. This event is jointly organized by the Education Forum for Asia, Hei Longjiang Branch of the Alliance of China Conference Hotels, and Hei Longjiang Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the People’s Government of Shang Zhi City, the People’s Government of Bin County and Yabuli International Convention & Exhibition Centre Hotel.

The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games combined with the rapidly emerging middle class population brings China’s sports and leisure industry an unprecedented opportunity to grow in the years to come. Winter outdoor sports and leisure activities are new, fashionable, healthy, dynamic and expanding very rapidly. They generate huge potential for the development and sale of associated winter outdoor sporting goods, which China’s small winter sports sector can not currently deliver to.

Yabuli is located 195 kilometers to the east of Harbin, the capital of Hei Longjiang province of Northeast in P.R.China. Sitting at an elevation of 1374 meters, it has an average annual temperature between 2 and 10 degrees Celsius. Winter sees 3 to 50 centimeters of high quality snow at ground level, and depths of around 1 meter up in the mountains. Snow covers the ground 170 days a year, and the skiing season can last up to 6 months. Yabuli’s fame was established by its hosting of the 1996 3rd Asian Winter Games, and since then it’s been building up to become China’s biggest winter sports venue, featuring the most advanced equipment and facilities as well as superior conditions not found anywhere else. In 2009, as the home of snow-related events during the 24th Winter Universiade, Yabuli will once again become the focus of the world’s attention.

This event will bring together in Yabuli government officials of national sports industries, experts, business executives, manufactures of winter outdoor sports facilities and equipment, sports retailers, venture capitalists, private equity, and the media., Yabuli has already made taken its first step to be a world-famous winter outdoor sports venue in integrating equipment and facilities production, ice and snow sports tradeshows along with the best possible platform for business cooperation as well as extensive research into all facets of the winter outdoor sports market worldwide.

We will cover your round trip tickets (economic class if by air) from Beijing to Yabuli, meals and accommodation, visits and local transportation during the event. The Fair will be held at the Yabuli International Convention & Exhibition Centre Hotel. All information about the venue and accommodation for this event can be found at www.yabuliavaunce.com.
