博士，民革成员，中国人民政治协商会议第十届、第十一

届、第十二届全国委员会委员，北京市第十四届代表大会代表、

中国光彩事业促进会副会长，全国工商联民办教育出资者商会会

长，中国民办教育协会副会长，北京市商会副会长，中国APEC

发展理事会常务理事。

曾先后获得“首届中国民办教育十大杰出人物”、“全国

优秀中国特色社会主义事业建设者”、等荣誉称号。1995年被评

为“第五届全国优秀青年企业家”、1998年起至今先后荣获“世界杰出青年创业奖”、

“首届北京市优秀青年企业家金奖”、 “60年60人中国教育成就奖”、“中国光彩事业

Zhang Jieting was nominated as “The 1st Beijing Outstanding Youth Entrepreneurs” and

“The National Outstanding Explorer of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” et al. In

1995, he was rated as “The 5th China National Outstanding Youth Entrepreneurs”； He has won

“The World Award for Outstanding Youth Entrepreneurs”,”The gold medal of the 1st Beijing

Outstanding Youth Entrepreneurs”,”The Top 60 Educators of China Education Achievement Award

in 60 years” and awarded “China Guangcai Programme-20 years Outstanding Contribution”

现任教育部国家教育发展研究中心专家咨询委员会副主

任、研究员；兼任全国教育科学规划领导小组比较教育学科组副

组长；中国教育发展战略学会副会长；中国教育学会学校文化研

究分会理事长；创新人才研究会副会长等；北京师范大学兼职博

士生导师。享受国务院特殊津贴。国家教育行政学院和国内多所

大学兼职教授。2009-2010年美国富布赖特新世纪学者。

曾多次担任联合国教科文组织、亚洲开发银行研究项目专

家组成员和咨询专家，担任英文期刊《教育政策与实践研究》（Educational Research for

Policy and Practice）副主编。先后在国内外各种学术杂志发表论文200余篇。

Prof. Zhou Mansheng is the Vice Director of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National

Center for Education Development Research, the Ministry of Education, he serves as Deputy Director

of the Comparative Education Team of the Leading Group for National Education and Science

Planning, Vice Director of the Chinese Society for Educational Development Strategy, Director of the

School Culture Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Education, Deputy Chair of Innovation

Talent Research Association. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Beijing Normal University, a recipient

of a special allowance from the State Council, and Adjunct Professor at the National Academy of

Education Administration and several other Chinese universities. He was 2009-2010 Fulbright New

Century Scholar.

Mr. Zhou has served as the UNESCO, the Asian Development Bank project expert of group

members and consulting experts, as Associate Editor of the English periodical Educational Research

for Policy and Practice. In a variety of domestic and foreign academic journals, he has published more

than 200 papers.
