许 林 “许林英语” 创办人兼执行董事 许林，1982年出生于四川成都，十余年丰富的国外学习、 生活及工作经历。苏格兰皇家音乐学院硕士研究生，美国密歇 根州加尔文学商务管理学士。“许林英语” 创办人兼执行董 事，品牌旗下四间公司分别从事：语言培训、文化教育咨询、 语言类软件开发以及口译笔译。中国民主促进会会员、中国 青年创业国际计划(YBC)创业导师、四川省第十二届青年联合 会委员/理事、四川大学外国语学院英语专业外聘口语讲师。 2012年曾代表中华青年联合会出访韩国。2013年亚洲教育论坛发言嘉宾。 XU Lin Founder and Executive Director of Exuberant English Xu Lin, born in Chengdu, Sichuan China in 1982, has spent over 10 years studying and working in Europe and North America. Having obtained his Masters degree in Instrumental Performance from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music in Glasgow Scotland, UK, and Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Calvin College in Michigan United States, Lin returned to China and founded “Exuberant English”, providing quality language training, interpreting and translating, educational consulting services to Chinese residence. “Exuberant English” is also the holding company of Lan-Easy Tech, a software company that focuses on developing English-Chinese related applications for smart phones and pads. He is the guest lecturer at Sichuan University Foreign Language School, mentor of Youth Business China. In 2012, he represented All-China Youth Federation Delegation to visit South Korea. He is also the guest speaker of 2013 Education Forum for Asia Annual Conference.

博鳌亚洲论坛执行总监，亚洲教育北京论坛秘书长 1997年一2001年任北京市贸促会会长，党组书记。曾任 北京国际商会会长、北京市人民代表大会常务委员、北京世界 贸易中心理事长、中国国际贸易促进委员会委员、中国国际贸 易仲裁委员会委员、共青团中央常委、全国青联常委、中共北 京市委委员、北京市团委书记、北京市青年联合会主席。曾获 “2002年度中国会展业十大新闻人物荣誉”称号。主要著作： 编著有《独特的经济》《市场经济实务丛书》《中国大市场》 等著作。在国内外刊物上发表文章有《中加国际经贸合作现状 及前景分析》《中国该如何走向世界》《关于加强科技兴贸战略的几点思考》《中国会 展业研究》等文章。 YAO Wang Executive Director of Boao Forum for Asia, Secretary General of Education Forum for Asia Mr. Yao Wang was Chairman and Party Group Secretary of Chinese Trade Promotion Committee from 1997 to 2001. He was the Chairman of Beijing Chamber of International Commerce, member of the Standing Committee of Beijing People' s Congress, Chairman of Beijing World Trade Center, member of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, member of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, member of the Standing Committee of China Youth League Central Committee and All-China Youth Federation, member of Beijing Municipal Party Committee of the CPC, Secretary of Beijing Youth League and Chairman of Beijing Youth Federation. He was honored as “Ten Major Figures of National Convention and Exhibition Sector of the Year 2002”. 教育部教育发展研究中心主任 现任中国教育部国家教育发展研究中心主任、研究员、博 士生导师。从20世纪80年代中期至今，在国家级教育政策调研 起草过程中，发挥了较为重要的作用。现任国家教育咨询委员 会第一届委员和现代大学制度组副组长，兼任北京大学等七所 大学兼职教授，全国教科规划教育战略学科组长，中国教育发 展战略学会副会长，北京、上海市和福建省政府顾问，曾任联 合国教科文、儿童基金会、世界银行、经合发展组织等国际组 织在华合作项目的中方负责人或咨询专家。 ZHANG Li Director of National Centre of Development and Research Mr. Zhang Li is the Director of National Centre of Development and Research, a researcher and tutor of post-graduate candidate. Mr. Zhang is a member of National Education Advisory Committee and the Deputy Leader of Contemporary Higher Education System Construction. He has been a visiting professor in seven key universities such as Beijing University and Deputy Chairman of the China Education Development Strategy Academy. He is also an advisor to the government in Beijing, Shanghai and Fujian. He has been a leader and advisor of many cooperative projects between China and International Organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank and OECD.
