Conference on Cooperation and Exchange in Pre-school Education in Asia

Dear Sir or Madam:
In order to promote the development of further cooperation on pre-school education around the world, the integration of superior pre-school educational resources, the importation of methods from abroad into China and the exportation of Chinese methodologies to the world, and the exchange of new theories and methods in the development of pre-school education, Education Forum for Asia has organized the Conference on Cooperation and Exchange in Pre-school Education in Asia. The event will be held at The Great Hall of the People on July 25-28, 2006. Government officials from all over China, representatives from private enterprises, and the leaders of pre-schools and kindergartens or their representatives are invited to take part in the conference.

1. Opening Ceremony
Chinese government education officials, government officials from all over Asia responsible for education in their respective countries, foreign embassy officials living in China, leaders of international education organizations, pre-school education experts, and heads of foundations funding pre-school education are invited to attend and give addresses at the Opening Ceremony.
2. Presentations
Government education officials from China and all over Asia, pre-school education experts and scholars, as well as headmasters of exceptional pre-schools and kindergartens in Asia will report on the current and future trends in pre-school education policy, their individual experiences in running schools, and other important issues in pre-school education.

3. Cooperation and Exchange
Delegates from China and other countries in the Asia region will initiate cooperation and exchange as well as share their experiences in the running of schools.
4. School Visits
Groups of delegates will visit model kindergartens in Beijing.
V. Registration Procedures
Organizations or individuals wishing to participate in the conference need only fill out the Registration Form and fax it to conference organizers.
VI. Conference Fees
1. You are exempt from paying the conference fee.
2. Food and accommodation, at a 4 or 5-star hotel, will be arranged by the conference organizing committee. Food and accommodation fees during the conference total 200USD or 1600RMB per person.
VII. Payment Remittance
We accept the onsite registration and payment for food and accommodation.
