On June 11th, 2012 the Deputy Secretary General of EFA, Isabella Liu, met with the Associate Director of Beijing Headquarters of ICEC (Indian China Economic and Cultural Council) Dushyanth Damodaran. During the meeting, they discussed possible cooperation opportunities at the 2012 EFA Annual Conference in September. Dushyath Damodaran will participate in the annual conference as well as organize a delegation to attend with the aim of holding high-level meetings regarding education.      

 This meeting will be the first step in the cooperation between EFA and ICEC and also will be a good opportunity for high-level exchange on education between India and China.
